• 1. Agreement to terms▾

  By accessing this website or engaging Lingua Bridge Translation for translation or interpretation services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
• 2. Our services▾

  Lingua Bridge Translation provides certified document translation, on-site and remote interpreting, and localization. Quotes, turnaround times, and certification statements are provided in writing before work begins and form part of your agreement with us.
• 3. Client responsibilities▾

  You are responsible for providing legible source documents and accurate reference information such as the correct spelling of names. We translate faithfully from the material supplied and are not responsible for errors originating in the source document.
• 4. Fees and payment▾

  Fees are set out in your written quote. Rush surcharges and notarization fees, where applicable, are disclosed in that quote. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.
• 5. Confidentiality▾

  Every linguist and staff member is bound by a confidentiality agreement. Documents are transmitted and stored over encrypted channels and are never disclosed to third parties except as required to complete your project or by law.
• 6. Limitation of liability▾

  Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
